My name is Janine Ondigo and I have been a licensed nurse for 18 years with over 5 years supporting Assisted Living communities in AZ. During my time spent in Assisted Living, I developed a love for streamlining processes, compliance oversight, and staff training.

I obtained my Arizona Assisted Living Facility Manager's License and also obtained additional dementia care training in an effort to be able to provide additional support to the staff in the communities I served.

In the past, I've been able to share my knowledge with colleagues who found what I was sharing to be of value to them. Now I have extended my support to the Assisted Living Community in Arizona. I love what I do and look forward to partnering with you in your community.
